Service Role

Veilo provides interface and routing tools only. Veilo does not host, index, endorse, verify, distribute, cache, or relay user-selected payloads. The public site serves the web interface, documentation, legal pages, contact and compliance endpoints, optional shortlink features, and transparent audit endpoints.

User-selected magnet links, torrent metadata, local bridges, remote nodes, transfer destinations, and related activity are selected and controlled by the user. Users are responsible for the legality, safety, and authorization of their use.

User Responsibilities

You must comply with all applicable laws, rights, court orders, platform rules, and contractual obligations. You must not use Veilo to infringe intellectual property rights, distribute unlawful material, interfere with systems, evade lawful restrictions, or misrepresent your authority to access or distribute content.

You are responsible for validating any route, node, tracker, bridge, magnet link, torrent metadata, destination URL, and transfer destination before use.

Prohibited Use

• Using Veilo to facilitate copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.
• Distributing malware, exploit material, stolen data, or content that is unlawful to possess or transfer.
• Attempting to attack, overload, scan, or bypass access controls for Veilo or third-party systems.
• Using contact, compliance, shortlink, or audit endpoints for spam, harassment, credential collection, or deceptive activity.
• Representing that Veilo verifies, endorses, hosts, indexes, relays, or guarantees any user-selected payload.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

Veilo respects intellectual property rights. Because Veilo is an interface and does not host or index payloads, notices should identify the specific Veilo-hosted feature at issue, such as a shortlink or public page, and should include sufficient information for review. Send notices to compliance@veilo.quest.

No Anonymity or Availability Guarantee

Veilo does not guarantee anonymity, privacy against peers or node operators, transfer availability, content integrity, swarm availability, tracker availability, bridge availability, or remote node availability. Route selection affects exposure, but users remain responsible for understanding the route they choose.

Hosted Feature Controls

Veilo may disable hosted interface features, shortlinks, contact endpoints, compliance records, or abuse-linked records when legally required, to protect service integrity, or when abuse is detected. Veilo may reject malformed, unsafe, or excessive requests.

Warranty Disclaimer

Veilo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veilo disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veilo and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, business interruption, or unauthorized transfer activity arising from use of or inability to use the service. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the hosted interface during the three months before the claim, or USD 50 if no amount was paid.
