Effective date: 2026-05-25

Scope

Veilo provides hosted interface features and local routing tools. It does not host, index, verify, cache, or relay user-selected payloads. Compliance review is therefore focused on Veilo-hosted records and features such as public pages, optional shortlinks, contact messages, and compliance submissions.

Submitting a Notice

Send compliance requests to compliance@veilo.quest or use the compliance form. Include your contact information, request type, the Veilo-hosted feature at issue, relevant URLs or shortlink codes, a clear description, and any legally required statements.

Review Actions

When legally required or when abuse is detected, Veilo may disable shortlinks, rate-limit endpoints, preserve or remove relevant records, respond to lawful requests, or restrict hosted interface features. Veilo does not control user-owned remote nodes, local bridges, peer swarms, trackers, or third-party destinations.

Law Enforcement

Law enforcement requests should identify the legal authority, jurisdiction, scope, and records sought. Veilo will review requests for validity and proportionality before disclosure where permitted by law.

Security Reports

Send security reports to compliance@veilo.quest with subject "Security Report". Include affected area, reproduction steps, expected impact, and a safe contact address. Do not include live secrets, payloads, or unauthorized personal data.
